Peggy Jean Sinclair, 81, of Royse City died Friday, Sept. 20, 2013 at Lake Pointe Medical Center in Rowlett. Funeral services were at 2 p.m., Sept. 23, at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Dan Brice officiating. Burial followed at Forest Park Cemetery in Greenville.
Mrs. Sinclair was born in Lone Oak on Aug. 19, 1932. She was the daughter of Joe Payne and Ludia Dorsett Payne. She married Thomas R. Sinclair on June 15, 1968, in Rockwall.
She was a retired florist and member of First United Methodist Church of Royse City.
She is survived by sons Joe Jenkins, Jerry Jenkins and Larry Jenkins, all of Royse City; five grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and a niece, Patricia Garrett of Plano.
She was preceded in death by her husband, sister Annie Jo Mayo and brother Billy Payne.
