Penelope “Penny” Elaine Pratley Armbruster, 72, of Royse City, a retired nurse, passed away June 20, 2015, at 5:45 a.m.
Penny was born Aug. 17, 1943.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Pratley and grandson Charlie Cade.
Penny is survived by her loving husband, Joseph Christian Armbruster of Royse City; three children, Amy Elaine Armbruster, Charles and Monique Armbruster of Royse City, and Andy and Brandi Armbruster of Nampa, Idaho; seven grandchildren, Amber Elaine Garner and husband Walter Garner of Royse City, Mystee Streetman of Fort Worth,
Boomer Streetman, Lauren and Blake Armbruster of Royse City and Mikayla and Miranda Armbruster of Nampa, Idaho; four great-grandchildren, Gage Lamb and Rhys Elaine Garner of Royse City and Mikah and Larra Garner of Wills Point; a sister, Tricia Pratley Bagley and husband Bill Bagley of Kingwood; and nephews Tim Bagley of Dallas, Tay and Jeanie Bagley of Kingwood, Terry and Kim Bagley of Kingwood and Teresa Bagley of Irving.
Penny was a wife, a mother and always “Mimi.”
Her wish was to donate her body to science for medical research. She will be greatly missed.
