Born on Dec. 20, 1995 in Bedford, Texas, Cooper was a beacon of joy and laughter, touching the lives of all who knew him.


Cooper's journey through life was marked by his unwavering dedication to his beloved wife, Aubrey Dawson, and his three children, Ayden, Parker "Pshuggie" and Kody. His role as a husband and father was one he cherished deeply, and he embraced every moment with his family with open arms and an open heart.


Cooper's parents, Steven and Marisa Dawson, along with his sisters, Kristen Dawson and her partner Micah, and Ashley Sandoval and her husband Kegan, were pillars of support and love throughout his life. His grandfather, Randy Wright, and his in-laws, Lewis and Tammy Oliver, sister-in-law Haleigh Meeks and her husband Justin, and grandparents-in-law Rita and Steve Hestwood, also played significant roles in his journey, each contributing to the rich tapestry of his life.


Cooper's commitment to service was exemplified in his career as a police officer for the cities of Garland and Greenville. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday Dec. 3 at 10 a.m. at Lakepointe Church in Rockwall, Texas. The doors will open at 9:00am for general public to pay their respects.
